Rochelle the woman you are!!! Anytime I get to see an artist live I’m always taken aback when they actually get in front of me and start performing. As soon as Rochelle Jordan stepped on stage her presence took over the whole room. From the first song to the last I don’t think I or anyone around me really stopped dancing. (Shoutout to DJ Chrysalis for setting the tone for the whole night) It was so fun and Rochelle was such a force! She was honestly inspiring to see as an upcoming performer myself. She had these intricate dance movements mostly involving waving her arms and serving face. It was glorious and I felt so much of myself in her. I’ve been really paying attention to what artists do on stage, picking up on little things I like as a way to try and figure out what kind of performer I want to be. Rochelle feels like the second puzzle piece in the development of my stage presence, the first being Hayley Williams of Paramore. Im so glad I got to see her and I’m excited to take what I saw and make it my own. Rochelle, I want to be you when I grow up!!! Thank you to the amazing people who let us take a picture of their outfits!

What can I really say about Rochelle Jordan's set other than perfect. I had been looking forward to it all week! I am a more recent fan; I really came to fall in love with her with her most recent album, Through the Wall, which if you haven't heard, is an amazing album with no skips. You're doing yourself a disservice by not listening to it, honestly. She played most of songs off of that album, and I definitely made eye contact with her a few times. She might be the first woman in years to genuinely make me nervous. She was just so gorgeous, had such presence, and it felt like everyone in the room was enchanted by her. She is just such a performer and all of the GIFs we made of her capture only just a piece of that. I hope that I'm lucky enough to see her again in the future, but magic. I felt that night will last a lifetime. I honestly wish we could've partied all night, but eventually her sit ended with the banger, Lowkey. I think honestly what I would say best describes her is just the word cool. She's just so cool and her singing abilities were chilling to witness live. Her rapping cannot go unmentioned, her stage presence has a whole was just amazing. The stuff she was doing with her hands and interactions she had with the audience were just so charming and I can only wish to exude a fraction of her charisma and elegance. Thank you, Rochelle, and thanks to anyone we took photos of!
